Where can I find therapeutic interchange ratings for brand to brand products? Eg: Tiazac and Taztia XT are AB rated, but Tiazac and Cardizem CD are BC.

Orange book online only seems helpful for generic/active ingredient ratings.

Orange book addresses this - you answered your own question. It states the manufacturer and compares them.
