In terms of hyperplasia it depends on whether it is mild, moderate/florid, or atypical. In general, non-proliferative breast changes (which include mild hyperplasia) do not have an increased relative risk. Proliferative changes (including moderate/florid hyperplasia) and proliferative w/ atypia (atypical lobular and ductal hyperplasia) do increase the relative risk.

mild- no increased risk (relative risk of 1)
moderate/florid- RR of 1.5-2.0, more if family hx
atypical (lobular and ductal)- RR of 4.0-5.0, more w/ family hx

Sclerosing adenosis is considered a proliferative change and also carries a 1.5-2.0 relative risk.

Robbins has a nice chart with these statistics.
