What my chances of getting into brown if I'm a minority who has lived in-state my entire life and my father works for the government here. I have a 3.65 GPA and a 37 MCAT. Would they have any reason to turn me away?

Trying to get into a single specific school is a large crap shoot. Make sure you maximize your ECs.
