I just stopped using RR path, it is really hard to read and memorize every thing in that book, I like the audio better. So my strategy is to switch to BRS path. What is the disadvantage or downside of using BRS path, I have one month and 20 days till my exam. Did anyone out there use BRS as their main path source? I still intend to use RR as a reference, please advise.

Your plan is fine. BRS is indeed easier to read. RR is a quality textbook that makes connections across multiple disciplines. BRS explains the "what" and RR explains the "what AND HOW" of disease. I read through RR over christmas break at my leisure, but forget about using it other than a reference as needed with 20 days to go. BRS + FA + questions.

my .02 :luck:

yes brs + the audio like you mention is good, some folks swear by the rr margin notes though so if you can go over the margin notes for the topics you are weak in that might be beneficial

Which one is faster/more useful? Reading all of BRS path fast or all of the margin notes/charts of goljan?

Doesnt matter IMO.... IF your disciplined enough to just read the margin notes in RR. I would have a tendency to let my eyes wander and lose efficiency. After I got bored with FA, I just went to a coffee shop one afternoon and read about half of BRS. I like the more sentence type structure, which is what you get with BRS.
