The note seems like they are suggesting there will be movement. But I have heard there was no movement in the past two years.

i accepted my spot, but i'll probably withdraw before the waitlist starts to move. the waitlist email said june is when movement will most likely occur and unfortunately that's too late for me. i'll hold on while i can though
