BU Undergraduate GPA Deflation True or False?

I talked to my adviser today and told her I was concerned with my gpa: bcp 3.25, sci gpa 3.36 and o-gpa 3.41. She told me not to worry about it since BU is national wide well known for it gpa deflation. Is that true😕😕😕 or she just wanted me to feel better 🙁

I hope it's true. I also went to a rigorous college that notoriously grade deflates. They also told me that schools know that it deflates its grades and that my GPA is way better than the same GPA from a random non grade deflating school.
