You really shouldn't worry about specializing until you get at least a year of dental school under belt. If cost isn't an issue just pick the place that you would want to be for the next 4 years. If you like warmth then go to Nova. If you're cool with big city life then go to NYU. If you like big city life but want to go to a school with a smaller student body then go to BU.
If you perform well at any of those schools, then you'll have a good shot at specializing.
