Bullet point or Paragraph Form for Experience Section?

When you are writing the descriptions for volunteer, work and research experiences do you use bullet point or paragraph form?

If bullet pt, are you guys just entering to make new line?

Did you guys do bullet pt or paragraph for other sections (honors/awards etc)

Paragraphs everywhere. "Enters" won't show up on the program directors computer so if you do bullets its going to look really bad on their computer.
 
THis is sort of my last question before I apply and submit on eras...

I originally wrote paragraphs with "I worked...., I volunteered. I learned this...etc"

but then I heard to keep it simply like a resume with verb first "organized ..." so I used a dash before each line. It looks good in the common app layout but bad in the cv format....

apd...sentences or not? bullets?
