I'm planning to take the bus from the upper eastside to Einstein for my interview. For those of you who have done this, how long is the busride there from the UES? The interview day starts at 8:45 am, so I'm trying to figure out how early I need to catch the bus.

hey,

they gave a bus schedule: http://www.mta.nyc.ny.us/busco/schedules/bxm10cur.pdf

i think it takes about an hour. are you interviewing there tuesday?

Are you talking about the BXM-10? I think it takes about 45 min from 45th streetish to AECOM.

Your day starts at 8:45? I had the first interview of the day when I went and I didn't have to be there til 9. Course, I got there an hour early cause I was paranoid about coming from Queens, but that's beside the point.

Yeah, I guess they just want you to be safe. I showed up at 9 my day and was fine but was probably the last one there. My interview wasn't until 10, though.

they had me come in at 8:45 am and i was the first interview of the day. it depends on where they send you for your interview. my interview was at 10, and i arrived at the hospital around 9:40.

Yeah, my interview was at 9:15, at Jacobi. Interesting walk in heels...

Yeah, I'm planning on taking the BXM-10. I guess I'll try to catch it before 8 am.

Took the 10 express bus from 59th street. Took maybe 30-45 minutes, but the bus came late. On the way back, unless you need to be somewhere on time, take the subway back to manhatten so you save $3.

Took BXM-10, they go every half hour, mine was ~3-5 min late, no big deal.

The ride is $5, BUT you gotta have either an ATM card, or change, they don't take cash 👎thumbdown, idiots, thank god there was a woman on the bus with 20 quarters

Yeah luckily for me, I had bought a ticket from Newark to Penn Station and I got 6 one dollar coins as change.

no not an atm card... a metrocard or change....

I wasn't aware that they took ATM cards, but they do take pay-per-ride metrocards. Just go to any subway station (or any metrocard vendor) and buy a $10 metrocard.
