Operations Management major from small Texas university (not a rigorous curriculum..just average?)

cGPA: ~3.85
sGPA: ~3.9
MCAT: 40 (14vr/13ps/13bs)

Volunteering:
400 hours at childrens' hospital
~20 hours shadowing a neonatologist
~20 hours shadowing a cardiologist
150 hours at cancer foundation (non clinical)
120 hours helping 5th and 6th grade at-risk boys with their reading skills
160 hours at city pound
120 hours at wildlife rehab center

Misc:
Dean's list
Treasurer for a HR club
Secretary for an OM club
5 semesters TA for business law class (my PT job)
Won grand prize in an strategy case for OM students
Won a scholarship after completing a business internship
Did a research project my sophomore year, no pubs

Not an URM. Texas resident.

Will try to get more research experience...or clinical experience...or both. 😕 Do I have a shot at Baylor?

There's no question that you have the right numbers to appeal to Baylor. My impression is that they greatly value significant research involvement, but will also admit someone who stands out in leadership, community service, or clinical experience. There are folks from Texas who advise here at times, and they can give more fine-tuned input.
