So im having a feeling I mite end up with a C in a 3 crdit course this semester (which is my last semester in Undergrad)

Do you think this will affect my chances getting into D-school?

I already have 3 interviews lined up and 2 of them r this month...

Suppose I get accepetd in one of the schools... will they withdraw my acceptance after they see my 'C'????

I have a 3.61 oGPA now and will have a 3.55 oGPA if i get the C...

Of course im gonna work my ass off the rest of the semester to get a B, but im just weighing my options in the worst case scenario...

my sGPA will go down as well due to the C...

Any thoughts on the matter???? Im really bummed rite 🙁🙁now but I dont mind any type of feedback

Depends on the schools you are accepted to, but most will be OK with a C. Don't make it a pattern.

I'm pretty sure they won't do anything if you get an acceptance and as long as you pass and still graduate I really think you're fine....

I'm kind of in the same boat with a class now, but I've talked to people who are in d-school now, and they said it's ok, but you need to PASS.

I think a C looks better than a W the last year/term/whatever. That’s my opinion, but after accepting someone and seeing them drop a class would make me suspicious.

I cant drop it cause its gonna affect my Financial aid and stuff...but thats besides the point.

So i guess a C wouldnt effect my acceptance that much im assuming...

"OH NO YOU BETTER GIVE UP YOU CANT GET INTO DENTAL SCHOOL IF YOU GOT A C!!!!" Basically what my counselor told me when I went in after I got a C in biochem and C's in a few other courses. Now I'm here in the dental school at LLU and I aced my biochem class. Who woulda known. Just do the best you can, keep your grades up and score high on that DAT and youll get in imo. Dont let anyone put you down or tell you you can't do it cause to be honest unless they are in the admissions committee of the school your applying what they say means nothing and its all opinion.

Just graduated, got a C+ in Italian and a C in Adv Carbohydrate Chemistry. Have two interviews coming up. Dont think it was too big of a problem

When do we send out our Transcripts for this semester after this semester is over???

Are we supposed to do it the day we get our grades or do we wait till the school asks for it??

I think it varies from school to school, but most schools, I believe (I may be wrong), don't ask for a transcript until the end of this academic school year aka after spring semester. Proof that you graduated and passed your classes.
