C in organic Chemistry

Is it impossible to get into med school if you have a C in Organic chemistry. Since, I have a C in O chem I and B+ in Ochem II, does this help me since I showed upward trend?

People have gotten in with a C. Just make sure the rest of your grades are good, and one C won't kill you.
