Definitely a long shot but thought I should try. Current CA-2 looking for openings/swap to the midatlantic region. Currently in the NE. Family reasons - away from wife and 2 kids, starting to be emotionally draining and exhausting traveling every off weekend/post call day (5 hour drive)

Complicated due to her job situation and being a caretaker to another family member. So not possible

Agree with the other poster. Clearly a legitimate reason. May be worth talking to your own program director to express your current plight and desires. They may be able to help you feel things started (plus I'm fairly certain they have to sign off on the deal anyway).
