Caapid? Or direct application? + letters of reco.

Hey guys,

i saw at caapid the some universities working by this route..like NYU,UCLA,BU TUFTS LLU etc..
can we do a direct application to those places? or only via Caapid?

another question.. I got my letter of recommandation from my professors in sealed envelops.. who should send these letters? the university or me? does it metter? can i put all the paperwork in one big envelop together with the app.form and my CV and just send it?

as per my info, we have to apply thru caapid nw, no direct route. But they need Nbde and toefl marks direct.
as per recommendation letters, we hv to send them to caapid and there is a different form saying letters of evalutaions regarding this, we have to fill that too.
for caapid applcn, u hv to send all ur info to them+their form,+their appli fee and the regarding coleges names in which u want to go, its all there in caapid application. then they will evaluate ur application and then will send to those choosen ones unv.

For letter of evaluation, if we r sending 3 recco. letters then we need not to fill all the information as its for those who need to send by electronic way and not paper(as there r 2 options).
correct me if I am wrong.
