calculating my AMCAS GPA

Stupid question...but I'm confused by the AMCAS grade conversion guide. For the last table on converting Canadian (numerical) grades into AMCAS GPA - under the A (4.0) category, there are several ranges (100-87, or 100-84). How do I know which one applies to me?

AMCAS will give you whatever grade your school gave you unless you got an A+ then you just get an A.
