Calculating science GPA. Should I include research grades???

Hi, I am trying to calculate science gpa and having some problem.
I have done research receiving credits and grades for several semesters. When calculating science gpa, should I include these grades?


Also I have a class called

[FONT=&#44404]PE ACTIV .[FONT=&#44404]100 .[FONT=&#44404] : .[FONT=&#44404]Exercise,Nutrition,&Health .​

Should I include this class?
