Does anybody know what forms we need to turn in for application of california licensure? I tried calling dental board of california, left numberous messages, they were not very good w/ returning calls. Can we photocopy results of wreb, part I & II, law and ethic? I've also heard that going into the dental board in sacramento in person will expedite this, but i'm not sure what the regulation is now. Aside from the part I & II, wreb result, law and ethic, are there any other paperworks that are required? what about the fingerprint? how is that verified if done at other places and not at the dental board? please help!!!
