Does anyone know which residencies are not DO friendly in CA? Meaning they won't take COMLEX only or just flat out wont take DOs.
There is one, i cant remember which, only accepts usmle's. The kaiser programs and oakland childrens are extremly DO friendly. They both have had DO chief residents! 😀

Is Oakland Children's Hospital DO friendly? I know UCSF isn't.

oakland children's has a DO chief resident, some DO attendings, and i believe at least three DO residents

Is Oakland Children's pretty competitive?

DOes anyone know what a typical income is for a general pediatrician (private or hospital affliated) in CA either Southern Cal or Northern Cal. I don't imagine the two would be very different...

I plan on practicing in CA and just want to know a realistic figure.

Check out their demographics, no DO's in their residency or as Chiefs.

yeah, i noticed that, but someone else said they have a chief resident that is a DO...????
Looks like all MDs unless they havent updated their webpage in a while.
