Can a master student manage classes and studying for MCAT's

I am trying to figure out when would be the best time to study for MCAT's if I do a masters program I think the summer after graduation is to late for applications for the following year. How about January after first year fall semester or July after second semester? BTW the program I am interested in is 1 year. Oh yeah if this matters physio is second semester
