I don't really train heavy, I have really good monster genetics. DL's I couldn't tell yah. I'm recovering from and injury from my left hand. Basically open hand on point slam into a sofa (I hit the wood part) and messed up my fingers bad, my palm was all bruise and I put one of my fingers and knuckle back in place. I was off from the gym for weeks. I don't bench. Dumbbell presses are better (isolation).
DBP: 80-90lbs
Squat right now 225. I have bad luck 😡 about a year ago I used to squat 295-315 but then when I was mopping (that's right) I messed up my knee and couldn't train legs for months. 👎


Dumbbell Bench Presses is still a bench press lol. Youre pretty much at my level. Maybe a little lower..

I pulled my right adductor so I cant squat as much anymore but I do 2 plates for 10.

4 plates on DL

It's crazy how many trainers use steroids

Bro please, dont be that guy that thinks fit people must be on steroids because they are muscular or ripped.

I don't mean trainers as in people who use the gym. I meant those guys you see at 24 and LA that are personal trainers and try to sign you up for the fixed rate training.

I go to LA, and none of the personal trainers are at the level that I would assume steroid usage.

Unless they look like Phil Heath or Branch Warren, then dont blindly assume its steroid use.

Its like assuming that all EDM listeners do ecstasy and molly

I've had people tell me which ones do use the roids at my gym. It may not be at your LA fitness but realize that there is more than one LA fitness in this country.

Quit assuming that I'm assuming.

I've actually been to every single LA fitness in Texas. FTW, Arlington, Dallas, Houston, and the new ones in SA to include a few...

And if you heard it from someone that says that someone else uses roids, thats hearsay and pretty unreliable at that.

Now if you personally saw someone injecting AAS and that person is a trainer, then I would concede the argument.

Nor do I care for yours. you sound like someone who thinks everyone significantly bigger than you must be on roids. You also do realize that taking steroids doesnt make you automatically bigger right? All it does is help you recover faster which results in you working out more often and harder than you normally would.

LOL my bad, I meant youre lower since youre injured. Besides I have crappy genetics so its much harder for me to pack muscle on.

That **** cray! It's hard to assume someone uses anabolic steroids. People think I do them, just because I'm a big dude.

Yes, if you are on a competitive team and actually make money from it, I dont see why it would not be considered a competitive sport. There is even a gaming league for that purpose.

And are you really comparing playing video games to bodybuilding?
Why not compare video games to any other sport that is listed as an EC?

I listed powerlifting as an EC and everyone of my interviewers loved it.

I don't know lol. But I'm not really lean as other bodybuilders who do clean bulks, I went dirty. I regret it. My legs are lean my upper body is what is going to need more work in cutting. Since Texas is hot all the way until September I got enough time to get cut and show it off lol. I plan on competing probably in 2015. So until then I just go with the flow.

I think the 212 is the max that I would want to be at. like Flex or D. Henry would be my goal.

I doubt i will try to go that big. Unless I didn't end up going to medical school. Bodybuilding is also about how you look. I've been told I got the face for it.

Right now after barely entering my cutting phase I'm at 278 and my height is 5'8.

Ok man, at 5'8 278 lb the leanest you can get natural (at 25 pt of fat free mass index : as best as genetics get) put you about 40% body fat. That is not anything close to bodybuilding. If u roid and get anywhere acceptable circa 15% body fat, then you are kai Greene status yeah right

lol I don't really take pics, man. Weird, I know. I'm like Kai Greene. You could tell I'm a big dude, but I'm always cover up in the gym. I feel comfortable like that lol.

LOL He never said that 278 is the leanest. He is just starting a cut which means he can shred about 20-30 pounds off a dirty bulk.

And clearly how would you know if he roids? because he is bigger than most people?

He is not even 278 and lift is what I think. Shred 20-30 lb from 278 get u to about 250 which is amazing for roid users. Look at kai greene at contest shape that is 5'8 and 250 lbs, he has amazing genetics, use roid And lift for decades. You honestly think some random premed on the net is bigger than layne norton who trained for years naturally and lift heavy. Apparently this dude nicknamed: "the buff OP" has the best natural muscle building genetics than any human that ever lived lmao Pls aware urself

Have you ever considered that Layne Norton doesnt want to get huge like the others because he wants a relatively normal lifestyle?

And even if OP roids, why are you so butthurt about it? Does it mean that he has to work easier? In fact, its quite the opposite. Do some research on the mechanism of AAS and youll find out that all it does is allow you to train harder and more often...

Seriously, 278 means you'd be Class III morbidly obese (BMI 42.3) . You didn't just "dirty bulk" and need to cut a few lbs off.

However, if that isn't the case...you would indeed be the buffest medical student of all time.

I don't have anything against people who use roid (personal choice) but here is something to consider: pls spend more time researching instead of saying stuff like oh roid just make u recover faster. Pls, it does a lot more than that. Brb increase muscle building potential
Brb faster protein synthesis
Brb higher insulin sensitivity
Brb gain muscle AND lose fat the the same time
Brb being able to attain 250 lbs of muscle at 3-4% bf
Brb decrease risk of injury

GL trying to pack on muscle at low bf when you reach genetic potential without roid.
