can extracurricular and work overlap?

i am going to put im working im a phaacy as a tech under work experience. and also thinking about putting it under extracurricular section.(senior technician. for leadership experience)

can i overlap these two?

I thought they made it very clear that if you got any sort of compensation, you should listed under the work experience.

Working in a pharmacy as lead tech would be work experience. It sounds like you're trying to fish for "leadership" experience by putting it in the other category too, but they'll see both lists and that you were the lead tech when they review your app.
