okIf they wrote you a letter already, there’s no point in another. Even if not, I’d still be surprised if a new letter would be taken into consideration that late.

What?Unfortunately bullying behavior is extremely common in medicine. Extremely.
I think its lack of confidence, lack of competence and paranoia that leads to bullying and all the other negative behaviors associated with it.
IN my humble opinion, we are emphasizing the wrong things int he admissions process.

I've interviewed at one school that explicitly welcomed new LORs from supervisors in new positions. Others have said they are a good update as well
