When can you submit you application?
I don't have all of the LOE submited and i have sent the transcript sent but it's not posted on the ADDSAS yet.
Do you have to wait til the transcript and all of the LOE are received by AADSAS to esubmit? or can i just esumit now so it can get processed faster? (i know i am really late)
