I go to a 4 year university, although I decided to take some classes at the community college by me for my engineering major, which I will now change because I decided I would like to pursue an easier major and stick with pre-med.

If I do not send in my transcripts from these classes, will medical schools see that I took the classes and did not send my transcript in? If so, how?

Also, these classes won't be factored into my 4 year university gpa, so I am just wondering if medical schools create a new gpa with all of the classes taken once they receive your transcripts.

Thank you.

Yes. They will figure it out. There are plenty of websites that can verify your courses. Student clearing house is the most notable.

Send in the transcript for all courses. AMCAS will create a new GPA that includes these.
what if I withdraw from the courses? if i didn't receive an actual grade I'll probably still have to send the transcript in right?

Okay another question related to this: I have withdrew from physics 1 (engineering physics) and calc 2 during my first year which were needed for my engineering major, not premed. I am not sure I will do well in these classes at the community college and am afraid they will bring my gpa down. If I withdraw from these two classes from community classes, will it look bad and kill my chances if I have 4 withdraws of the same two subjects? They are for engineering, so I could use the excuse that I changed my major and decided to not go through with my major while the class was going on. Opinions please.

Thank you

Also, withdraw is different than dropping at least at my undergrad. If you drop in the first week, it won't be on your transcript. Withdrawing is when you take the course for several weeks and then drop it and it leaves a W on your transcript.
