Can program directors see USMLE test dates and/or score reporting dates?

I just realized there is a minor discrepancy in the time period I had mentioned on my personal statement and the actual test and score reporting dates!

I don't think this is a factor to be concerned about. I would more concerned with the score itself.

But seriously... no, it's not an issue. If you said you took an exam in August and it was really June then that's a non-issue. If you said you took an exam and got 99th percentile but it was really 70th, well, that would be different.

Ha ha, no. I suppose my case is unique. A part of my story on the PS revolved around the time when I took my step exams. Now, I realize the story I recounted is slightly out of order from how it actually happened! So, if the programs see the dates when I took my step exams and soon after read my PS, the discrepancy would probably be glaring!

Remember programs have hundreds of applications, each around 20 pages long. Trust me, we're not cross referencing each part of your application. And even if it was noticed, people embellish stories in personal statements all the time; any discrepancy would likely be chalked up to literary license.
