I dropped 8 points and figured it would be better not to resubmit the scores, but if it looks like I'm hiding something, I might as well.

They have no clue. BUT if and when you resubmit your scores, the date of resubmission will be LATER than the release date of scores. This will most likely be a problem if you are asked by PDs if you have step 2 scores available. This topic has been posted before.

And btw, 8 points is NOT big.

Don't forget you probably mentioned on your ERAS when you were planning to take step 2; I think there was a box to fill that in. If they ask, tell the truth, but there's no need to volunteer the info.

No one asked and I'm done with interviews now. So unless I get an email for some bizarre reason, I guess I'm in the clear.🙂
