please can some body put some more light ,that will the selection criteria be after 2012 ,i know it pass or fail ,but how will they select a candidate ,and should i appear in 2012 or before ,what is better ,i am soo confused ,any heip or guidance will be appreciated .pls help?

A FTD was telling me that they had plan to announce results as pass/fail in 2009, then delaying for 2010 and now 2012. So you never know what they finalize?????????????/
