The sequence of a piece of DNA has been determined to be 5'ACCAAACCGAGT3'. What is the transcribed mRNA of this sequence?

The answer is: 3'UGGUUUGGCUCA5'

I'm getting confused why the 'A' becomes 'U' while the 'T' becomes an 'A'.
I couldn't find this in the Kaplan book.

RNA sequences dont contain Thymine --> they contain Uracil -- hence in DNA sequences you will fine A linked with T while a DNA-RNA transcript will have A linked with U
