I don't recall any questions on straight brainstem cross-sections. You'll get a few brainstem stroke questions, but it's more clinical than anatomic. Kaplan had a few straight up "what's this structure" brain stem questions.

Expect clinical questions, not gross anatomy. The reason you learn gross anatomy is to understand stroke patterns so that when you get a clinical question you can reason out where a stroke might be.
