Can the evaluator re-submit letter of recommendation?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Oh man that's a tough one. There's a thread on here to ask any AADSAS related question. Try throwing your Q in there. You're going to have to work with someone from AADSAS on cleaning this mess and I bet it'll take a long time (or add even longer) to getting your application processed. Did you get a confirmation that the committee packet was uploaded?

I don't know much bout committee letters, but you can upload one committee letter plus one individual. Since the individual you are missing is the dentist you shadowed I think it actually makes more sense for them to upload it directly to AADSAS.

P.S.
I had another issue, I found out from one of the schools that one of my LOR's wasn't signed so after some research and phone calls they were able to accept it by email from my professor directly to that school. It's interesting that only one school noticed and cared enough about the signature.

So the pre-health department at my university is gathered all my letters of recommendation and forwarded them to AADSAS. I learned today that one of my evaluators has not send the letter yet to pre-health at my university. However, pre-health forwarded my letters last week. Can pre-health re-submit the letters after they receive the missing one? Important to note that I have not yet submitted my application.

Pre-health probably didn't realize one letter was missing. This is the one from the dentist I shadowed!
As long as you didn't submit yet you can have an AADSAS rep delete the letter and upload the correct one. I did it myself with a letter that wasn't on letterhead.

My dentists doesn't use letterhead. Do you think this will be a big issue?
Shouldn't be an issue. Though many schools recommend it, most don't absolutely require the LOR's to be on letterhead. Also, many schools don't require a dentist's letter. So unless a school has a requirement for both a dentists letter and for all letters to be on letterhead it's not an issue.

PENN are very picky about it in case it's on you school list
