Yes.

I'm submitting my application on the first day that it can be submitted and I'm not taking the DAT until June 30th and I may even move that date back a few weeks if I'm not ready then.

you dont need the DAT or the LOR to get the ball rolling. (it's the dental schools that want it all for review)

you MUST mail in all your transcripts though, AADSAS will use them to verify your GPA, without them your application will be on hold.

yes and you should if you havent taken the dat yet

i submitted my app like july 20th and took the dat at the end of august...my dat scores beat my application to the schools bc aadsas is so slow.
