Can you submit two committee letters?

I'm currently in the application cycle, and preparing to reapply. I have a committee letter and letter packet from my undergrad, but I'm currently in a post-bac program, which can also provide me with a committee letter. I was wondering, when I reapply, could I submit both committee letter packets? Or would I have to replace my old letter packet with a new one?
