Yes. Submit your app when it's completed. The earlier the better.
Then have your score sent in after taking the test.

Submit your app by June 15th, order your transcripts the next day you enter your grades in your app. I highly recommend taking the DAT by mid July/end of July max. It takes a couple weeks for your score to be added to your application and a week to be sent to schools. Admission is first come first served...It's litterally like that.
