Can you work 2 outpatient settings pharmacies in California per ban on non-compete agreements? California question

Can you for example work full-time at a retail pharmacy (like Rite aid, walgreens, CVS etc) and work per diem at an outpatient setting at Kaiser without conflict of interest or getting fired per "California" ban on non-compete agreements? anyone experienced working both at the same time? are employers ok with it?
