I'm wondering how Canadian wait lists differ from American ones. Seems like in the U.S., there's a ton of choice and therefore a great deal of offer rejections and people being selected from alternate lists. I'm guessing its much different in Canada.
I'm currently on an alternate list; what are my chances? What can I do to improve them? Remember that I'm looking for answers specific to Canadian schools (I've read every thread here regarding American ones).
