Canadian Dental Student on H1b Visa

Hey guys, I'm currently a D2 dental student in Canada and was interested in applying for the H1b visa to work in the States. Has anyone done this before? Can you tell me your experience on the whole application and how you were able to get a dentist to sponsor you? Thanks in advance!

Would it not be better to get a TN1 Visa instead? I hear they're much easier to get than H1B visa. Especially if you're Canadian.

Youre unlikely to get a H1B visa to work. TN visa is easy and the DSO you work for will likely make you get that one.
