Canadian school interviews

Hey canucks,

(Potential) interviews are 2 months away, so how are you preparing? They almost always ask questions off the CDA standardized interview question list, but does anyone actually have the list?
Previous threads recommend taking a course called elite interviews or something, but their website is outdated, and I don't even know if they still exist. Anyone have any courses to recommend? Ridiculous situational questions are NOT something I want to encounter for the first time on interview day.
