Canadian student in need of help

Hi, I'm a Canadian resident living in Toronto and in addition to applying to Canadian D schools this year, I'm going to apply to a few American ones. I do realize I am quite late at this point, but I was really hoping that you guys could help me out with which schools have higher chances of granting interviews/acceptances for applications this late in the cycle.

Here are my stats:
all GPAs: around 4.0
22TS 22AA 22PA

The schools that I've narrowed my selection down to are:
BU, Tufts, UMich, BUF, NYU, Columbia, UPenn and UOP

Which schools would be the best bet for me to apply to? Which ones would be a waste of time at this point? I very much appreciate your time and consideration - thanks in advance!

I think you'll be wasting money and effort to apply right now because most schools don't give out interviews anymore. It would take at least 3 weeks to complete your application and I think the latest deadline for is February 1 for some schools. The time frame is too small but I heard that NYU is easy to get in for international students.
