I've just been sending emails to the program coordinator and canceling on interview broker if applicable. Just keep track of the program's response email. You don't want to be the person who's email got lost and they think you just no-showed.

But please also withdraw your ERAS application from the school. We're required to report all ERAS stats, including the the # of withdrawals, at the end of the interview season and it's so much easier to just use the "withdrawn" filter than to try to keep up with old emails.
ALSO: If you cancel an interview through "interview broker" atleast a month in advance, do you need to notify the program by email also? Seeing as I never emailed them in the first place, seems like it wouldn't be necessary, thoughts?
