A few medical schools I applied to requires behavioral science courses so I put it down as planned coursework, but all med schools I app'd to will see this. Is it okay for me to cancel it if I get into a school that doesn't require behavioral science?

Yes, listing future coursework does not hold you to an obligation to complete it. It's understood that plans, schedules, and course availability are subject to change.
