Do all men have a low level of mammary glands/ ducts? AKA small amounts of breast tissue? The reason I ask is because I was reading about breast cancer and although the incidence of breast cancer in men, albeit small still got me thinking about whether or not all men or just some have breast tissue.

Check out a good anatomy book for medical students or check out Robbins Pathology 8th edition. You should be able to find the answers for your questions in either of these books.
