I can't really run because of a neurological thing.

I float everywhere as a volunteer at a children's hospital. I was in the PICU the other day. Code blue came over the intercom and everyone's Volte made a high pitch sound and everyone ran to the proper place.

Does everyone do that? Is it bad if someone can't do that?

Never run in the hospital

Nonclinical staff [research] have to listen to the same All Staff training as clinical staff even though most of that stuff isn't relevant to nonclinical staff.* They have a 'No running' rule for precisely what I was worried about: falls.

That's why I was so surprised when I saw everyone do it!

*Sometimes I think they were just too lazy to make two sets of training videos.
