Hey guys,

I hope there aren't too many threads on here about this, but I am a film and business Major. I am hoping to change my profession to pharmacy. I have worked in a Pharmacy as a Pharm Tech for 5 months. I graduated from one of the UCs and I'm looking to get my pre-pharm prereqs done. I went to an info session at USC and they said that though Community college prereqs are accredited with many pharmacy schools, USC would really like to see that their applicants do their prereqs at a 4 year school. Does this mean I should just try to get a postbac at a Cal state instead of opting to save money at a community college? Thanks !!!

If they say that they want you to go to a 4 year school then you should probably do so, since they may look more favorably on that, and USC is a pretty competitive school as it is.
