Caribbeans alternative for D.O school?

Just curious as to whether there is a Caribbean equivalent program for D.O. schools since its an option many consider for M.D. ?

Market a caribbean DO school... it's an alternative for the people who want to go to the caribbean, but also want to learn OMM.
