carribbean med school chances

i wanted to know what are my chances to get into US schools and also st. george or ross? i have a 3.14 gpa and 3.3 science gpa from NYU and suny buffalo. i graduate with a BS in biomedical science and psychology and minor in pharmacology. lots of clinical work/volunteer and extracirriculars. BUT, i did really poorly on my mcat (10PS 8BS and 5VR O-writing) Do i have any chances? I am planning on retaking the mcat but not sure how much better i will do. THANKS!!
