You ought to get attention from your two in-state options. If you are nervous, add PNWU (DO).

I get no sense of your impact with communities from what you have disclosed. EFWSU wants applicants who have a deep interest caring for Washington residents outside of Seattle. Your disclosure sounds like a checklist, so I see nothing to compel me to want to interview you for in-state.

Just being a URM is insufficient for applying to Howard, Meharry, and other HBCU programs. Where have you grown up or shown a deep involvement with historically marginalized racial and ethnic communities in the United States?

Washington University (in St. Louis)
Northwestern
Case Western
