Carribean Schols Vs. schools IN peruto Rico

Does anyone knows the difference between puerto rico schools over Caribbean schools? which in your guys opinion is better?

Almost all schools in puerto rico are LCME accredited aka AMERICAN medical schools therefore you are not an IMG. If given the choice, take the Puerto Rican medical school. It will make residency much easier because you will be considered an American grad.
