Interventional Pain Physician Opportunity (North Carolina: Cary)

Pain Management physician with interventional training and/or experience needed for established practice, but you will be solo. The pain management position consists of 100% pain management with both evaluations and interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections/medial branch blocks, selective nerve root blocks, sacroiliac injections, trigger point injections, discography, sympathetic blockades, various arthrocentesis, percutaneous discectomy, Radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, etc. We are open to any other procedures that the physician feels comfortable in performing.

Fully equipped in-office procedure suites with fluoroscopy and RF pulse generator so procedures can be performed in our office and the pain physician will have 100% access to the equipment allowing the opportunity and accessibility for a high volume of procedures.

Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – NOON; 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Patient Load:
New Patients are scheduled for 30 minutes and follow-up patients are given 15 minutes. Procedures are scheduled based on the amount of time that the physician requests.

Benefits Package:
1) Base salary: $250-300K guaranteed first year or 35% of collections whichever is higher. (Collections are calculated on all office visits, diagnostic testing, and global component of procedures performed by the physician including facility/fluoroscope time. This allows the physician the opportunity to share in the gross amount of services and allows for high income earning potential).
2) Profit bonus paid in addition to the 35% of collections.

4) Paid vacation: 3 weeks (1st year); 4 weeks year (2+ years)

6) CME 5 days per year with $3,500 allowable
7) Health insurance, including dental
8) Moving expenses covered
