Quick question about LORs...
Can confidential letters be sent open (i.e. not in a separate envelope) to our home school and then can our home school then place all of the LORs in a sealed envelope maintaining their confidentiality? I guess basically what I'm asking is, do confidential letters have to be in separate envelopes or can our home school include all of them together in one sealed envelope?
