Hi,
Does any one have any advice for approaching case based questions?
I'm not very good at it and any help is appreciated.
for example: Infectious disease
I would follow
1) Identify organism and type of infection. Ex) Pneumonia in a CAP patient
2) Look at antibiotic resistance (if given)
3) Follow algorithm to pick answer
4) pick best answer based on patient profile. side effects, renal, allergies etc...
Is this the correct way to approach?
